China Comservice Honored with "Best CFO" and "Best Investor Relations" Awards

China Communications Services Corporation Limited was honored with the "Best CFO" and "Best Investor Relations" awards in the 4th Asian Excellence Recognition Awards 2014 by Corporate Governance Asia, an authoritative journal on corporate governance in Asia.

Organised by Corporate Governance Asia, Asian Excellence Recognition Awards are designed to recognize companies in Asia with excellence in investor communications, business ethics, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices and financial performance. The recognition was based on both the scores from the data that was submitted and from interviews conducted with investors on the performance of the competing companies in the above-mentioned areas. The "Best CFO" award mainly goes to the candidate that leads the company into the capital markets both in good times and bad times, while the award for "Best Investor Relations" is given to a company that is committed to the highest standards of disclosure, transparency and fairness in disseminating information.
