China Comservice Won the "Best CEO" and "Gold Award" from The Asset

In the 2019 "The Asset ESG Corporate Awards" organized by The Asset, an authoritative financial magazine, Mr. Si Furong, an Executive Director and the President of China Communications Services Corporation Limited (the "Company"), was honored with the accolade of the "Best CEO" award for the first time, and meanwhile, the Company was also honored with "Gold Award – Corporate Governance, Social Responsibility and Investor Relations".

The Asset is a renowned financial magazine in Asia and "The Asset ESG Corporate Awards" organized by The Asset is one of the world’s leading and longest-running awards on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). There were two steps in the benchmarking process: quantitative phase and qualitative phase. In the quantitative phase, companies were invited to complete the questionnaire related to different ESG topics and were scored accordingly. And in the qualitative phase, institutional investors, analysts and industry experts were consulted for their professional views and insights. "Best CEO" awards reward a range of skills and attributes including inspirational leadership, strategic thinking, team-and relationship-building, effective communication and change management. The Asset granted the "Best CEO" awards to 8 different companies this year.
