China Comservice Awarded "Honored Company", and Won Various Awards Including "Best CEO" and "Best CFO" by Institutional Investor

China Communications Services Corporation Limited ("the Company") was awarded "Honored Company" in "2021 All-Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team" rankings by Institutional Investor again. The Company had rankings in Overall, Overall (Small & Midcap), and Mainland China rankings in telecommunications sector, among which the Company ranked the second in all five award categories within Overall (Small & Midcap), including "Best CEO" (Mr. Huang Xiaoqing, the Executive Director and the President of the Company), "Best CFO" (Ms. Zhang Xu, the Executive Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company), "Best IR Professional", "Best IR Program" and "Best ESG".

Institutional Investor is a distinguished and international media, with its research and rankings highly-respected by the investment community. A total of 1,438 companies across 18 sectors were nominated this year. Over 3,500 buy-side individuals and almost 600 sell-side analysts participated in the survey, and they voted for companies' IR program on eight metrics among three major perspectives, including IR services and communication, financial disclosure as well as crisis management - COVID 19, and participants also voted for "Best ESG", "Best CEO" and "Best CFO".
