China Comservice Honored with the Awards of "Asia's Best CEO", "Asia's Best CFO" , "Best Investor Relations Company" and "Sustainable Asia Award" by Corporate Governance Asia

In the "14th Asian Excellence Award" organized by Corporate Governance Asia in 2024, an authoritative journal on corporate governance in Asia, China Communications Services Corporation Limited ("China Comservice", HKSE code:552) continued to receive the accolades of "Asia's Best CEO", "Asia's Best CFO" and "Best Investor Relations Company" awards, and it also won "Sustainable Asia Award" for the first time.

"Asian Excellence Award" is designed to recognise the achievements and excellence of companies in Asia in management acumen, financial performance, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices and investor relations. Besides, "Sustainable Asia Award" aims to recognize and celebrate companies operating in Asia that demonstrate exceptional commitment and performance in integrating sustainability into their business operations. The assessment is mainly based on corporates' transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of their sustainability initiatives.
