Auditors
KPMG and KPMG Huazhen were engaged as the international and domestic auditors of the Company respectively
for the year ended 31 December 2011. KPMG has audited the accompanying financial statements, which were
prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. The Company has retained KPMG and
KPMG Huazhen since the date of its listing. A resolution for the reappointment of KPMG and KPMG Huazhen as the
international and domestic auditors of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2012 will be proposed at the
upcoming 2011 annual general meeting of the Company.
