and Qualified Accountant since 16 October 2006. Mr. Chung graduated from Melbourne University, Australia,
with a bachelor of commerce degree in 1996 and received a master’s degree in Business Administration from
the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2005. Mr. Chung is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the CPA Australia. Between March 2001 and October 2006, Mr. Chung worked as
Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager with China Mobile Limited and China Telecom Corporation Limited
respectively. Mr. Chung has nearly 16 years of experience in auditing, financial management and company secretarial
work with accounting firm and listed companies.
