EMOLUMENTS OF THE DIRECTORS AND SUPERVISORS
Based on the overall remuneration policy of the Company and with reference to the payroll standard of the same industry
companies in the market, the remuneration of directors and supervisors is determined after taking into account the scope and
complexities of their duties. Please refer to note 12 to the audited financial statements for details of the emoluments of the
directors and supervisors of the Company in 2015.
PURCHASE, SALE AND REDEMPTION OF SHARES
Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has purchased, sold or redeemed any securities of the Company during the
reporting period.
SUMMARY OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Please refer to pages 171 to 172 of this annual report for a summary of the operating results, assets and liabilities of the Group
for each of the years in the five-year period ended 31 December 2015.
