The project is an EPC general contracting project undertaken by the Group. It involves the construction of office buildings, computing power centers and power centers. Through optimizing design and construction processes, the first computing power center and initial batch of server racks were delivered within 8 months, ready for equipment installation. Upon completion, users can directly connect to backend servers via the shortest path, significantly enhancing regional computing power capabilities.

The project involves the construction of intelligent computing power center infrastructure and upgrading and transformation of the existing data center’s intelligent computing capabilities. Adopting liquid cooling technology and multi-dimensional energy-saving solutions, the Group optimized the design and construction processes, and completed a green intelligent computing center with PUE <1.2 within 3 months. The project establishes a national-level computing power platform to accelerate iterative R&D of domestic large models.

The Group built a domestic data middle platform of information technology application innovation, implementing asset baseline management and data lake warehouse coordination mechanisms to achieve an 85% data visualization rate and support a 30% improvement in business decision-making response speed. The project helps the customer transition from data accumulation to asset operations, laying a trusted data foundation for digital transformation and enables the customer’s multi-domain business collaboration and efficient management.

The Group provided design, survey, construction, supervision and other services to achieve power scheduling for machine rooms and machine aisles. Cold plate liquid cooling technology, compatible with the deployment of server cabinets with different power densities, was adopted for the air conditioning system. Additionally, BIM technology was applied to optimize the layout of indoor and outdoor pipelines. This project is the first nationwide platform in China to achieve multi-source, heterogeneous computing power scheduling, enabling manageable, controllable, and cross-domain resource scheduling.

The project plan includes a total of 60,000 kilowatts of planned IT power, a complementary integrated computing power management service platform, and building of wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage power stations and other facilities, with new energy utilization rate of more than 90%. The project promotes the high-end, intelligent and green development of the digital industry, and helps Qingyang to become a data integration innovation demonstration zone and artificial intelligence industrial base of "East Data, West Computing". The Group is responsible for the construction of server rooms and HVAC systems in some areas of the data center, providing professional services for the project and creating value for green and smart data industry.

The Group comprehensively consolidates the resources from all parties, deeply integrates investment and financing, project general contracting and operation, and integrates the full capabilities from consulting to design, procurement, construction and future intelligent computing power and operation services, aiming to provide customers with high-efficient and high-quality new-generation intelligent computing data centers. As the project leader, the Group has completed the new challenge of managing the whole life cycle of EPC general contracting of data center and strives to build a benchmark project for the Company's data center general contracting.

The project plans to build computer rooms and supporting rooms for no less than 200,000 servers, as well as a building that can accommodate at least 400 people for production, operation and maintenance management, aiming to meet the bank's business development needs in the next 15-20 years. The Group provides design support based on the concept of "green, safety and efficiency", and the construction of this project will build a solid digital foundation for the bank and strongly support its digital transformation.

As an EPC general contracting project, the project has effectively improved the digital efficiency of marketing and product development for the customer, and realized cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the liquor industry. The planned PUE numerical value of the project is 1.25, which is among the best in the same type of server rooms, and the project adopts advanced technologies such as micro-module, hot aisle containment, variable frequency fluorine pump precision air conditioner, BIM, etc., demonstrating the Group's core competitiveness in deepening design, construction and service in the IDC industry.

The project is an artificial intelligence data center with the largest scale of investment and operation and the highest computing power in the Pearl River Delta. It fills the AI computing power gap to satisfy the significant needs of Qianhai including focusing on the AI computing power stronghold, independent R&D and innovation, and empowering traditional industries, etc., which helps create an AI industry hub, promote the advanced applications of the full range of fields of AI in the Greater Bay Area, and provide more high-quality and efficient computing power service support for the AI enterprises and organizations in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

China Telecom (National) Digital Qinghai Green Big Data Center undertaken by Huaxin Consulting Co., Ltd, which is a subsidiary of the Group, in general contracting model, has reached a PUE of less than 1.2 through advanced cooling technologies such as indirect evaporative cooling and liquid cooling. With the construction of its own distributed photovoltaic parking shed for power generation and the development of a green power monitoring platform in collaboration with State Grid, it established China’s first traceable 100% clean energy power supply, as well as China’s first exemplary model of integrated source-grid-load-storage smart green power supply in the data center sector.

The data center has been rated as an AAAA low-carbon data center (planning category) and it has passed the ISO certification for data centers. It has also been awarded the “2022 Industrial Transformation and Energy Saving Special Fund” in Qinghai Province, selected as one of the “2022 Corporate Cases for High-Quality Development of Big Data Centers” and “2022 Excellent Case of Green ‘Dual Carbon’ Technology Application in Digital Industry” in China.

Huaxin Consulting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, undertook the Hangzhou Big Data Center Park EPC General Contracting Project for an operator. Adhering to the national “Dual Carbon” strategy, through energy-saving buildings, HVAC, electricity savings, water conservation, intelligent operation and maintenance, the project deploys new environmental protection systems such as centralized power supply, photovoltaic power generation and rainwater recycling, and applies “natural cooling”, “high water-temperature server room”, “indirect evaporative cooling system”, “inter-column air conditioning” and “closed hot aisle”, thus the average annual PUE value is lower than 1.25, achieving the goal of low-carbon emission. In the future, the project will also adopt new advanced technologies such as “heat pipe backplane, heat pipe multi coupling” and “liquid cooling system”, which will further reduce the PUE value to below 1.2 and lower the operating costs.

The project is equipped with two platforms, namely the smart park and DCIM system, which realize the application of intelligent scenarios from AI intelligent security to energy consumption management, and enhance the level of intelligent operation and management. The “visible, manageable and controllable” operation and management can effectively improve the business efficiency and reduce the operation cost during the life cycle.

The Company achieved a breakthrough in data center business in the financial industry headquarters-type project of a top customer, with the design fee in tens of millions of RMB. The project is one of the largest financial data center parks in China, with a gross area of hundreds of thousands of square meters, which is built as a “flexible, advanced and reliable, green and low-carbon, intelligent and efficient, and economically viable” benchmark financial data center.

The project supports the high-performance computing power resource demand of a province's meteorological service and is the first full-stack localized supercomputing center in the province, which suits the domestic heterogeneous supercomputing technology as a whole, and forms data interaction and sharing with other areas of the country. The project thoroughly implements the national strategy of “East Data, West Computing”, and effectively supports the localized operation of the national-level computing model in the province.

Facing AI computing power needs, the project’s planned overall area was tens of thousands of square meters, with an investment of nearly RMB 1 billion. The project adopts core technologies such as cold plate liquid cooling to solve the pain point of high power consumption for heat dissipation and saves power consumption. By “flattening the peak and filling the valley” through adopting electrochemical energy storage power station, a national benchmark green park benchmark is built.

The project provided customers with cloud platform expansion, system integration, software upgrade, classified protection assessment services, as well as digital government solutions such as existing network resource potential exploring program.

The innovation of combining data center and tunnel was awarded the first batch of “National Quality Engineering” award in 2022-2023. Its lowest PUE is less than 1.1 assessed by the MIIT.

The project was designed based on the scale of “100P AI” + “8P ~ 10P HPC,” taking into account the need for long-term computing power capacity expansion, and providing information data support and services for the surrounding industry and industrial clusters.

The first smart coal mine project in China built with an intelligent mine system architecture based on an industrial internet platform, involving a full range of products such as 5G and F5G full fiber-optics industrial network.
