The project focuses on the high-quality development of the province's water ecology, integrates cloud computing, big data, AI and other technologies, builds a unified water conservancy data baseboard, and supports intelligent applications. Taking the Weihe River as a pilot, the Group builds a digital twin river basin, realizes the "four prevention" functions of flood control and water volume scheduling, integrates model algorithms and water conservancy map services to drive water conservancy modernization, highlight technological innovation and ecological value, and promote high-quality development.

The construction of the university's digital campus adopts a full-process consultation service model, demonstrating the strength of integrated delivery capability of China Comservice. The Group provides full-process consultation services for the university, including project consulting, specialized design and informatization project supervision, etc., to efficiently coordinate the needs of intelligentization and informatization, and innovate management models: assisting in high-standard construction and accurate budget preparation during the decision-making period; optimizing the cost during the implementation period, to ensure the realization of design quality, and demonstrate the efficiency of the full life cycle management.

The project integrates six major specialties, synergises four major business formats, and relies on the Group's self-developed smart platform products to build a system of "large-scale operation, large-scale property management, and large-scale security", realize intelligent and refined services, and develop a one-stop convention and exhibition complex integrating conference, office, leisure and other functions to efficiently meet diverse needs. As a new landmark in north Beijing, the project sets a benchmark for smart venues and leads the intelligent transformation of the exhibition industry.

The project is one of the key projects of Saudi Arabia's smart city construction, mainly undertaking the installation and testing of the road monitoring system in Saudi Arabia, and the deployment and upgrade of the national road monitoring network in Saudi Arabia. The implementation of the project has optimized the construction of transportation infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, improved the level of digital management of road traffic, as well as assisting to improve the level of urban management in Saudi Arabia. The project promotes China's intelligence to go overseas.

The project adopted new technologies applications such as “space-air-ground” perception system, urban surveillance system, urban pulse, urban cells, dynamic component-based configurable technology, adaptive and self-growing multimodal fusion model, Unity 3D digital twins.

The project effectively improved the level of digital governance for urban safety, to realize the transformation of urban lifeline safety management from “governance-based” to “prevention-based” and from “passive response” to “active monitoring”.

China Comservice Transfar Technology Company Ltd., which is a subsidiary of the Group, provides integrated smart energy control services for the green airports. With a focus on energy consumption indicators, the platform achieves panoramic multi-dimensional visual monitoring of the airport energy system and helps airports to make better data-driven decisions. A new integrated energy dispatching system was established to enable “demand-supply interaction”. Based on load forecasts and energy production costs, it dynamically adjusts the composition of production equipment to achieve optimal dispatching of the entire network, further improves the quality of energy consumption and reduces production costs.

An international airport has become the first airport in China to adopt smart energy management. It has achieved significant reductions in average annual energy consumption, average annual energy costs and total carbon emissions, without compromising the comfort of passengers.

The leading oncology hospital is a domestically well-known Class A Grade 3 hospital. In accordance with the standards and design specifications for intelligent systems of Class A Grade 3 hospitals, through the construction of information infrastructure as the theme, the construction of information resources as the core, and the construction of application systems as the focus, the hospital was ultimately built into a domestically leading digitalized smart hospital, characterized by “three-in-one” of medical treatment, service and management, which improved the hospital’s modernized governance standard.

The Group won two county-level smart city projects consecutively in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, which are typical cases undertaken by the Group under the trend of in-depth application and construction of smart city to the county level under the background of the deepening of Digital China construction.

The project gave full play to the Group’s integrated general contracting capability, served the county's new infrastructure needs in digital economy, and built a series of smart applications such as smart urban management, smart education, smart weather, etc. on top of the construction of the command center, support system, and intelligentized base to enhance the level of smart application and governance in the county.

Hangzhou Asian Games: led by planning, the Group completed top-level planning and design of communications support and projects including the intelligentization of the Hangzhou Asian Games Baseball and Softball Sports Culture Center, and planning of the marketing programs for franchise products. More than 1,000 people were deployed for on-site communications technical support services for the Games.

Chengdu FISU World University Games: the project covered the construction of the core event system and information infrastructure, smart venues, and Pan-university Games smart applications, etc. Meanwhile, nearly 1,000 people were deployed in the service support works during the event.

The project solved the difficulties such as cross-border data exchange while breaking the traditional customs clearance mode of “two places and two inspections”, and creating a joint one-stop customs clearance mode to achieve a breakthrough of “one queue, one inspection, one release”.

A major construction project at the municipal level, including the deepening design of intelligent engineering of drainage monitoring IoT system, the automatic monitoring of flood prevention, the monitoring of deformation and displacement, and the monitoring of intelligent manhole covers, etc. in two areas.

Undertaking the project with general contracting model, to open up business platforms of various urban governance systems, so as to achieve one network to manage the whole city, one center to manage the whole region and one team to manage governance, and “efficient settlement of one event”.

Established and improved the whole hall of smart transportation brain, providing six types of digital supporting capabilities such as intelligent analysis. It also accessed to various fields for analysis and display to assist management in decision-making.

Based on a unified microservices structure, the Group achieved the integration and unified visualization presentation of diversified applications for the management of “three defense”, river chiefs, water resources and environment, with successful cases all over China.

The center established and achieved the integrated linkage of three defense decision support, three defense video surveillance, three defense consultation and dispatch and three defense mobile application business system. It launched a mobile APP for remote consultation and integrated monitoring of flood and rainfall, weather and video surveillance.

Phase I of Smart Water Conservancy Project in a city of Jiangsu Province

The project included the building of eight major sub-systems, namely the flood and drought prevention information management system, water supply information management system, drainage information management system, South-to-North Water Transfer information management system, water conservancy project information management system, water resources information management system, rural water conservancy information management system and smart water conservancy collaborative office platform, etc. It is also China’s first integrated informatization platform for water conservancy and water affairs.

The project included the building of an efficient and comprehensive awareness system, a big data resource center and a unified smart application platform of water conservancy in that city. It assisted the customer in making decisions and reducing flood disasters, eliminating potential flood hazards, safeguarding people’s lives and property, and improving public service efficiency and service capacity.
